Welcome to ViViD Email Verifier. By accessing or using our email verification tools, API, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

ViViD Email Verifier provides software tools to validate and verify the existence and deliverability of email addresses. Our services include single email verification, bulk file verification (CSV/TXT), and programmatic API access.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to verify lists of emails obtained illegally, scraped without consent, or for the purpose of sending unsolicited spam.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the service without explicit written permission from ViViDAppStudio.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA).

4. Accuracy of Results

While we utilize advanced algorithms and real-time SMTP checks to verify email addresses, the nature of email routing means we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Some mail servers deploy "Catch-All" or greylisting techniques that may affect results. ViViD Email Verifier is provided "as is" and we disclaim any warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Data Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership over the email lists you verify, and we do not use your lists for our own marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViViDAppStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the service or any errors in the verification results.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate your account if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ViViDAppStudio is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
